How long is the order processing time?
Processing time normally takes 2-3 days to deliver. Please let us know in the shipping details if you need to deliver at a specific timing. Example: Step 1: Select the quantity you require. Step 2: Select 'Add to Cart' Step 3: Select 'Continue Shopping' at the top right of the page to source for more items. --Step 4: Select 'Checkout' to finalize orders Step 5: Fill out shipping details and at the ''Leave a note for seller" write down what you require and the delivery date. Step 6: Finished up your payment.
How do I make an exchange?
Sorry we do not provide exchange services, unless it's manufacturing defact items. We will do the refund within 7 days of purchase
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, PayNow, Bank Transfer. Payment is required upfront by PayNow or Bank Transfer for Balloon Decoration Services.
What if I need to collect my parcel urgently?
You can opt for self-collection. Simply use this code : SELFPICKUP in your order summary page before checkout. Our warehouse is located at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park Ave 3 #03-39 Singapore 569511. Please made an order before 3pm on Monday-Friday. Saturday before 10am. All orders must be made online for all self collection, Do notify us at +65 8157 6661 after you made an order.
How many days in advance do I need to order for my event/party?
Please order at least 3 days before your event date to avoid any stocks out of order or any of our delivery time slot being take up. If you require Same Day or Next Day delivery, please call us at +65 81576661, to check for our availability.
